Step 1) Notion

Get Notion on your computer and phone. Click here for Notion (Notion.so).

Step 2) CGPS Navigator

Once you’ve set up your notion account, if you’re a personal coaching participant, John will send a personalized copy of the CGPS Navigator (which is all you’ll need).

If you’re not a current Personal Coaching participant and have just purchased the materials, please reach out to narellecanaan@gmail.com or johncanaan@gmail.com for the password.

Step 3) Personalize

Most of the content is something you can just view online in it’s current location without making a copy for yourself. Some are apps you’ll want to make a unique copy of for your personal use. They will be noted as you go through the materials. The two main (essential) ones to be personalized are:

2. Getting to Know You “App”
