Please go through this checklist with your coach and set some goals, noting always that your marriage will never be better than you are (Part 1)  and Part 2, your marriage will never be better than your marriage habits and rituals. 


Part 1 (Yourself and Your Life)
What's missing in...

  • Exercise

  • Diet

  • Fun (alone, with spouse, with family, with friends)

  • Self Care (taking care of your well being i.e. day spa, hobbies etc.)

  • Sacred i.e. Meditation, Prayer, Scriptures etc.

  • Family solidarity i.e. routines, chores, order, structure, fun, talks etc.

  • Community involvement (regular friends, church, service and/or support groups)

Part 2 (Your Marriage)
What's missing in...

  • Nightly Check-Ins

  • "Us" Time &/or Date Nights

  • Personal Retreats

  • Speaking spouse's love language

  • Weekly Inventory

  • Using the Request List Protocol

  • Working through issues with Love Seat or Peace Talk


Part 3 (Habit Stacking and Habit Tracking)
As you consider important habits you're trying to create in Part 1 and 2 (above), what would you be willing to include in your Morning "Power Hour" (or "Habit Stack") ritual?

What would you be willing to include in your Habit Tracker and/or Habit Stacks to increase your follow through?
